barukh Adonai Elohei Yisrael, me-ha’olam ve’ad ha’olam. Amein ve’amein.

בָּרוּךְ (barukh) is the qal passive participle masculine singular form of בּרךְ (to bless, kneel), from berekh, meaning knee: Blessed.
אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל (elohei yisrael) is one of the Names and Titles of YHVH.
עוֹלָם (olam) refers to an age or epoch (as in olam habah, olam hazeh, etc.)
